Open WinHLP Files On Windows 7 & 8.

Here I show you how to view HLP files from older versions of Windows on Windows 8 without installing the WinHLP update.
Also Works on Windows Vista and Windows 7.

    Does not work in Windows 10. I took ownership as you said but I cannot read any of the Help files.
    Is there any way to solve this in 10?

      I have not got Windows 10 so I don't know. But it works on Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista when I tested this on those.
