New Name,New Web URL For This Site.

I have made a few changes to this site. First of all I have changed the name this blog and it is now called Andrea Sites.

This site also has a new URL which is http://www.andreaborman2.blogspot.com 
The reason I decided to change the name of my website is because most of my posts are about computers and Windows software. So I thought my blog should have a different title also I have changed my URL because I wanted some thing more to fit the name of my site.

Also I hardly ever make a post about other media topics now. As since I got my first home computer 3 years ago,I have spent more time learning about Windows 7,Windows XP and how to use a computer. I also spend most of my time on computer forums as my hobby is computers and the Internet.Which is mostly what this site is about.

I used to have my own forum which was also about computers but I made the mistake of hosting it on a free forum service Forumotion. Which I was not happy with because of the restrictions with free forum services. As they can delete or ban your forum anytime. I also had problems with Forumotions spam filter which was blocking out several of my members. Which was the main reason I deleted my forum. So next time if I ever start a forum again I will host it myself though a paid web host. Though at the moment I just enjoy posting on forums as a member rather the have the responsibilities of admin. So I am not sure if I will start another forum as yet. Anyway this is just a site update to let readers know of my new web address.

Blip TV Restricts Users.

I mostly use You Tube to upload to and share my videos,though I also use a few less well known video sharing sites. One of these is Blip TV who I have been with since 2010. Well yesterday I was uploading my videos to Blip as I normally do. The first video I uploaded was fine and it uploaded and published. Then when I uploaded my second video, I got an error message saying I can only upload one video in 24 hours.

My Tale Of Woe On A Forum.

I have had more problems with forums. Just over two weeks ago I Joined A Different Opinion Forums, ADO for short. ADO is a political and general discussion forum. I have had my problems with other forums in the past. Though never in my wildest dreams did I think what happened to me on ADO forums could happen to me or any member. I found out about ADO forums from Top Admin Forums,which is a webmasters forum. I was reading the posts from the owner and admin of ADO on TA forums,who said her members were complaining because her rules were too strict. I also read that some members of TA forums had left ADO forums for the same reason.

Why I Shut Down My Forum.

After much careful thought and much consideration I have decided to close down and delete my forum Andrea Computer Forums.

I started my own forum back in August 2012 last year because I was having problems on some other forum and also as a result of my bans from some Windows Forums. So I wanted to start my own forum so that I and other people would be able to speak their mind with out fear of being banned by a ban happy moderator as is what happened to me on some forums,for nothing. Such as going slightly off topic for example.

So I started my own forum,Andrea Computer Forums which was about computers and a Windows software forum.The idea was good but unfortunately I made the mistake of going with Forumotion a free forum service.
